Not Party-vi, but it looks like a CJ2a, probably ‘47ish.

Definitely a CJ2A like RamblinRover said. The square windshield frame and top-bow storage brackets behind the gas filler area give it away. It looks like it was Challenger Blue or Mediator Blue in color originally. Between 1946 and 1948.

Think its earlier than a CJ5 cause it’s a flatfender. Square windshield frame also indicates 2a.
